Self care is anything that involves looking after yourself - whether that be mind, body or soul. It is easy to feel frazzled, burnt out and grumpy when we are not getting the self care our bodies and minds need. Use the Audit workbook to figure out where you need to add some self care love back into your life.
When you have done the audit, answer the questions at the bottom of the page and then share your intention with the group.
