Terms & Conditions & User Agreement

This Terms & Conditions & User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of services and products provided by **Jo Ebisujima** (“we,” “us,” “our”), including but not limited to [www.wondermomsuccessclub.com](http://www.wondermomsuccessclub.com), [www.courses.jojoebi.com](http://www.courses.jojoebi.com), and [www.jojoebi.com](http://www.jojoebi.com) (collectively, “the Site”).

By accessing or using our services, you (“you,” “your,” “User,” “Client,” “Member,” or “Subscriber”) agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and downloads—is the intellectual property of Jo Ebisujima.

3. Disclaimers

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Any promotional pricing or discounts are offered at our discretion and for a limited time.

PRODUCTS & SERVICE

5. Wonder Mom Success Club Membership

Includes access to resources for productivity, parenting, and business building.

Access: Members receive login credentials for the online platform. Sharing login details is not allowed and may result in immediate removal without refund.
Community: Membership includes access to a private community. Disruptive behaviour or violation of community rules will result in removal.
Recurring Payments: Subscriptions renew monthly or annually. If you cancel and later rejoin, you’ll be subject to current pricing. Missed or failed payments will result in suspended access until resolved.

6. Free Trial Period

If a free trial is offered, you must cancel within 24 hours of the billing date to avoid charges. Refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel in time.

7. SPARK Mastermind

A 12-month program combining community, coaching, and accountability.

Commitment: Participation is for the full 12 months. No cancellations or partial refunds.
Engagement: Members are expected to attend 1:1 and group sessions.
Disclaimer: We do not guarantee results or income. All testimonials are personal experiences and do not reflect guaranteed outcomes.

8. Live Coaching Workshops

Terms may vary by event. Tickets are non-refundable unless a paying replacement is found. Participation requires active engagement. No financial advice is provided.

9. 1:1 Coaching Calls & Pick My Brain Sessions

* **Cancellation:** Must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled within 12 hours are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Delivery: Held via Google Meet and recorded (with consent) for quality assurance. You will receive a copy of your recording after the session.

10. Courses, Workshops & Digital Programs

* Access is delivered via username and password.
* Sharing your login is strictly prohibited and may result in removal without refund.
* Lifetime access refers to the life of the course, not your lifetime or ours.

11. Refund Policy

Wonder Mom Success Club: 14-day refund window. Contact us within this time for a full refund if you're not satisfied.
Digital Products: Non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery.
Pick My Brain sessions: Non-refundable.

12. Giveaways

Eligibility: Must be 18+ to enter.
Claiming Prizes: Winners have 48 hours to respond. After this, another winner may be selected.
Disclaimer: We are not liable for lost or damaged giveaway items.
Publicity: We may share the winner’s first name and country in promotional content.

13. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement. By using our services, you consent to receive emails related to your purchase and our offers.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Saitama, Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, all other parts shall remain valid and in effect.

17. Survival

All provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights and dispute resolution.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal discussion. If unresolved, the matter will be submitted to binding arbitration in Saitama, Japan, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
